Mr. Randy Jones "The Balloon Guy" was here today.  We invited the Kindergarters to join us.  He made Aliens, ladybugs, airplanes, cars and snakes.  

Had a great time.

They do not need to bring their folders back to school.  We did tresure box today they all got a prize.  

Reminder for Thursday We will meet at 8:00am.  We will do circle time for you. They will do the Pledges and calendar and weather for you.  

This is the end! Well maybe not it's actually the beginning of summer vacation from school is upon us.  Our last week will look like this:

• Tuesday - Mr. Randy Jones Balloon show
• Wednesday - meet in the classroom at regular time 8:00am.  We will do our circle time one more time.  This will give parents the opportunity to see what we do at circle.  We will then go to the park.  I have 3 or 4  students whose parents are not coming so I will need other parents to drive them.  We will stay at the park until 10:45am.  We will dismiss with our closing prayer at the park, this will give you the freedom to not have to return to school. Unless you are giving a ride to one of the students who need to come back to school.
• Thursday-We will meet at regular time at 8:00am.  We will also do our circle time one more time.  We will be going to the park with PREK4 class and taking a bus.  The bus will leave at 8:30am for the park.  I know the students love to ride the bus but if you want to leave from the park that would be just fine.  We will dismiss from the park or at school.  

It has been a great year.  I can't believe it's the end already.  I thoroughly enjoyed all of these students.  I will be able to keep a few of them for next year, but I am very pleased that they will all be in Mrs. Daniels class next year.  I would like to encourage you to think about continuing your child's education here at St. Paul's past pre-K the education is the same as public school. However we offer something rather someone the public school cannot Jesus Christ.  I was brought up in a Lutheran School and have to say that foundation prepared me for high school and beyond.  If cost is a issue please let us know as we have scholarship programs available.  Please give this prayerful consideration.  We would love to have you in our school and church family.

We are getting close to the last day.  Our last day of school will be at Troy township park.  the Tuesday/Thursday class will be going to the park by bus leaving school at 8:30am.  Please come to school at the regular time of 8:00am.  A permission slip has been sent home with detailed information please fill this out and return it on Thursday.  

We will be feeding ducks and doing park things that day.  This last week of school we have been doing their favorite things like playing in the kitchen and the block area.

Happy Summer Birthday! 
Mabry He will be 4 in July so we had to celebrate today!

We worked on a number 3 paper.  They are doing well writing their names.  

We will have show and tell on Friday they may bring anything they want from home to share.  

A permission slip will be sent home soon abou the last day May 28th at the park.  The MWF class will be walking to the park or meeting there(parents can drive).  We will be celebrating Maleah's 4th birthday that day as well.

Today we made fly patterns. We have been working on counting.  We also have been making patterns.  Today we did a A,B,C pattern with paper flies.  We read a book called "Going on a Nature Hike" .  I asked them questions about the book when I finished reading to them.  They are really picking up waiting for a question to be asked and raising hands.  I sent home information about Vacation Bible School here at St. Pauls this summer.  VBS is June 16-19 here at school.  The four year old preschool teacher will be Mrs. Daniels this would be a great time for those going into her class to get to know her a little before schools starts.  I will be teaching the three year olds for those staying with me and my new ones.

Today we were very busy finishing our Ladybugs and making Mother's day gifts.

I hope you enjoy the cards and the marigolds.  The class tried very hard writing theirs names on the gift card.  

We also celebrated Mason's 4th birthday.  He will be 4 tomorrow.  He brought special snack of grapes, fruit snacks and milk.  

The room is getting buggy we have made ladybugs.  They are hanging from the ceiling.  We made cut out ants they are climbing the wall.
